How long does data delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within a few minutes. During busy periods it may take a bit longer, but we always work to get your data to you as fast as possible.
What if I don't receive my data bundle?
If your data hasn't arrived after a reasonable wait, contact us on WhatsApp with your payment receipt. We'll check and either resend the bundle or refund you.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If delivery fails and we can't resolve it, we'll refund your money back to your mobile money account. Refunds usually arrive within 24 hours.
